- 70% Dark Chocolate - 2.8 oz
- Butter - 1.8 oz
- Farm fresh eggs - 2 pieces
- Sugar - 1.4 oz
- Wheat Flour - 1.1 oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Melt 80 grams of chocolate and 50 grams of butter.
Step 2
Whisk the eggs with the sugar.
Step 3
Add the melted chocolate.
Step 4
Stir in the flour.
Step 5
Pour into greased and floured molds.
Step 6
Bake at 410°F for 10 minutes. Let cool for about 5 minutes and remove from the mold.
Step 7
Add ice cream and serve while the cake is warm.
