- Butter - 8.5 oz
- Liquid dark chocolate - 8.1 oz
- Farm fresh eggs - 5 pieces
- Egg white - 5 pieces
- Sugar - ½ cup
- Wheat Flour - ½ cup
- Vanilla Ice Cream - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 374°F. Grease 6 small souffle molds with butter.
Step 2
In a bowl, combine the chopped chocolate and butter and melt over a water bath. Allow to cool to room temperature.
Step 3
Using a mixer, beat the eggs, yolks, and sugar until light and frothy. Add the flour and mix well. Then, add the cooled chocolate, mix, and divide into the prepared molds.
Step 4
Place the molds on a baking sheet and bake for about 12 minutes, until the edges are firm but the center remains soft (be careful not to overbake). Cool for 5 minutes and transfer to serving plates. Serve warm with ice cream.
