- Liquid dark chocolate - 7.1 oz
- Whole egg - 4 pieces
- Egg white - 2 pieces
- Butter - 1 tablespoon
- Sugar - 7.1 oz
- Ground Cinnamon - a pinch
- Vanilla Ice Cream - 7.1 oz
- Wheat Flour - 1 teaspoon
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Whisk the egg whites with sugar, gradually adding the yolks.
Step 2
Meanwhile, melt the chocolate in a water bath, adding a piece of butter at the end.
Step 3
Add the melted liquid chocolate to the sugar and egg mixture. Mix thoroughly with a whisk until smooth. Add flour until the mixture resembles thick sour cream. Optionally, you can add cinnamon.
Step 4
Divide the mixture into cups, filling them only halfway. Place in the preheated oven. Attention! As soon as the top of the dessert cracks slightly, take it out!!! Garnish with a scoop of vanilla ice cream and a mint leaf.
