- Liquid dark chocolate - 10.6 oz
- Butter - 8.5 oz
- Sugar - ¾ cup
- Egg white - 6 pieces
- Egg white - 4 pieces
- Wheat Flour - 0.6 cup
- Vanilla extract - 2 teaspoons
- Pistachios - to taste

Step 1
Preheat the oven to 392°F. Grease 8 small pudding or soufflé molds with butter.

In a double boiler, melt the chopped chocolate and butter until smooth, then transfer to a bowl. Let cool.

In a clean bowl, beat the egg whites with a mixer until stiff peaks form. Gradually add all the sugar while continuing to beat.

In the chocolate mixture, add the egg yolks, flour, and vanilla. Gently fold in the beaten egg whites in batches. Divide the chocolate mixture among the molds and place them on a baking sheet.

Bake the puddings for about 15 minutes until done and serve immediately with pistachio ice cream.
