Ingredients
- Pears - 17.6 oz
- Melted Cheese - 10.6 oz
- Red Grape Juice - 3 fl oz
- Sugar - 1 cup
- Citric Acid - to taste
- Balsamic Vinegar - 2 tablespoons
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Prepare the sauce. To do this, boil the syrup to the consistency of liquid honey; at the end, add balsamic vinegar and citric acid. The sauce should be slightly sour.
Step 2
Peel the pears and remove the cores.
Step 3
Slice the pears and mozzarella into 0.5 cm thick slices.
Step 4
In a greased baking dish, layer the pear slices. Cover with a layer of mozzarella. Continue layering until all ingredients are used up. Finish with a layer of mozzarella.
Step 5
Place the dish in a preheated oven at 356°F. Bake for 15–20 minutes.
Step 6
Cool to a temperature similar to warm milk. Transfer to a dessert plate, drizzle with warm sauce, and serve.
