Ingredients
- Chicken Egg - 3 pieces
- Dark red seaweed - 8.8 oz
- Onion - 2 pieces
- Carrot - 1 piece
- Garlic - 1 clove
- Vegetable Oil - 3 tablespoons
- Ocean salt - to taste
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
- Mayonnaise - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Beat the eggs with minced garlic, salt, and pepper. Fry thin omelet pancakes (about half a centimeter thick) in vegetable oil. Cut the pancakes into strips (about 5 cm by 1 cm).
Step 2
Slice the onion into half rings, grate the carrot on a coarse grater. Sauté in vegetable oil with salt until golden and soft. Place in a colander to drain excess oil.
Step 3
Rinse the seaweed to remove any sand.
Step 4
Mix everything together. Add a little mayonnaise. Salt to taste.
