  • Watermelon - 15.9 oz
  • Meyer Lemon Juice - ½ teaspoon

Place the watermelon flesh in a blender and puree.

Step 2

Heat the syrup or cane sugar and lemon juice, then add 75 ml of water. Heat for 4 minutes until the sugar is completely dissolved. Add the watermelon puree and mix well.

Step 3

Pour the mixture into a plastic container, cover with a lid, and place in the freezer. Stir every 30 minutes with a fork to achieve a lighter consistency.
