Ingredients
- Watermelon - 10.6 oz
- Mint - 1 sprig
- Sugar - 1 tablespoon

Step 1
Wash the watermelon and cut it in half.
Step 2
Remove the green rind.
Step 3
Remove all black and white seeds.
Step 4
Cut into small cubes.
Step 5
Place in a blender.
Step 6
Blend the watermelon.
Step 7
Add sugar.
Step 8
Blend again until smooth.
Step 9
Pour into an ice mold and place in the freezer for 2–3 hours.
Step 10
Before serving, wash the mint.
Step 11
Garnish with mint and serve.
