Ingredients
- Watermelon - 6 lbs
- Mint - 0.4 oz
- Sugar - 1.8 oz
- Vodka - 5 fl oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Remove the seeds from the watermelon and blend it together with sugar and mint.
Step 2
Pour the mixture into a mold, place it in the freezer for an hour, remove it, and use a fork to break up the partially frozen mixture. Return it to the freezer. Repeat this process three to four times to achieve a uniformly frozen crumbly texture.
Step 3
Before serving, distribute the sherbet into glasses, pour half a shot of vodka into each, and serve.
