- Watermelon - 1 piece
- Honey - 0.7 oz
- Sugar - 2.1 oz
- Water - 3 fl oz
- Meyer Lemon Juice - 1 tablespoon
- Port Wine - 0 fl oz
- Dry White Wine - 2 fl oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
For the sorbet, you will need a red sugar watermelon. Chop a portion of it (about 400 grams) in a blender and mix it with a warm syrup made from honey, sugar, and water.
Step 2
Add a tablespoon of lemon juice, port wine, and white wine.
Step 3
Before pouring the sorbet into molds and freezing, place a cube of watermelon at the bottom of each mold.
Step 4
After the first hour of freezing, gently stir with a fork and freeze until it reaches a 'frozen' consistency.
