Ingredients
- Fresh Berries - 5.3 oz
- Sugar - 0.5 oz
- Meyer Lemon Juice - 0 fl oz
- 10% cream - 6 fl oz
- Vanilla extract - 0 fl oz
- Powdered Sugar - 1.1 oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
In a saucepan, combine the berries, lemon juice, sugar, and 30 ml of water. Bring to a boil and cook over medium heat, stirring, until the berries start to burst and the mixture thickens slightly, about 5 minutes. Remove from heat and transfer to a small bowl. Place it in a larger bowl filled with ice water and stir to cool quickly.
Step 2
In another bowl, mix the cream, powdered sugar, and vanilla. Whip with a mixer until fluffy.
Step 3
Add 75 g of blueberry sauce to the whipped cream and whip again.
Step 4
Spoon the whipped cream into serving dishes and drizzle with the remaining sauce on top.
