White Chocolate and Raspberry Tiramisu

Ingredients

  • Whole egg - 2 pieces
  • Mascarpone Cheese Unagrande - 8.8 oz
  • Raw cane sugar - 1.8 oz
  • Egg white - 1 piece
  • Milk - 3 fl oz
  • Cream - 9 fl oz
  • Brandy - 6 tablespoons
  • Ladyfinger Cookies - 24 pieces
  • Raspberry leaves - 17.6 oz
  • White Chocolate - 7.1 oz
  • Powdered Sugar - 1 tablespoon

Step by Step guide

Step 1

Whip the mascarpone with the egg yolks and sugar until the sugar dissolves. Add the cream and whip for a little longer.

Step 2

In another bowl, whip the egg white until stiff peaks form and add it to the mascarpone mixture.

Step 3

In a saucepan, pour in the milk and brandy, add the cookies, and gently heat until warm. Wait until the cookies soak up some liquid. Place 12 ladyfingers at the bottom of a large dish, top with a third of the raspberries and half of the mascarpone cream. Sprinkle with half of the chopped chocolate and then layer the remaining ladyfingers on top. Next, add another third of the raspberries and sprinkle with the remaining chocolate, then add the remaining cream.

Step 4

Garnish with the remaining raspberries and dust with powdered sugar.
