  • Heavy cream - 8.8 oz
  • Shortbread Cookies - 5.3 oz
  • Fresh Berries - 10.6 oz

Step by Step guide

Step 1

Melt the chocolate in the cream over low heat. Leave in the refrigerator overnight.

Step 2

Whip the mixture vigorously with a mixer and chill. Break the cookies into large pieces.

Step 3

Wash the berries. If the berries are large, cut them.

Step 4

Layer all the ingredients in glasses. First the cookies, then the chocolate, and finally the berries.
