- Chicken Egg - 1 piece
- Vegetable Oil - 3 tablespoons
- Egg white - 2 pieces
- Wheat Flour - 8.5 oz
- Milk - 4 fl oz
- Brown Sugar - 2.8 oz
- Activated Baking Soda - ½ teaspoon
- Rolled Oats No. 1 - 2.8 oz
- Prunes - 10 pieces
- Beans - ½ piece
- Chopped almonds - 4 tablespoons
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Mix the egg, egg whites, oil, milk, sugar, and baking soda. Add the flour and oats.
Step 2
Wash the prunes in advance and cut them into small pieces. Add them and the chopped almonds to the batter. Mix everything well.
Step 3
Spoon the prepared batter into paper cups about 2/3 full. If using a metal mold, grease it with oil and sprinkle a little flour.
Step 4
Bake in a preheated oven at 180–392°F for about 20 minutes (depending on your oven). Check for doneness with a toothpick.
