- Ground Oats - 1.1 oz
- Flaxseeds - 0 fl oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Bring the water to a boil in a small pot.
Step 2
Reduce the heat to low and add the rinsed oat groats. Boil for about 0.5 to 1 minute.
Step 3
Cover tightly with a lid and, turning off the heat, let it sit for 30 minutes.
Step 4
Before serving, blend with a strainer. You can use strained jelly or the whole mixture.
