  • Chestnut puree - ½ cup
  • Pumpkin pie spices - 1 teaspoon
  • Farm fresh eggs - 2 pieces
  • Baking Powder - 1 teaspoon
  • Semi-soft cream cheese - 4.2 oz
  • Activated Baking Soda - 1 teaspoon
  • Powdered Sugar - 1 tablespoon
  • Vanilla extract - 2 teaspoons
  • Wheat Flour - ½ cup

Step by Step guide

Step 1

For the muffins, mix the apple puree, banana puree, and sugar.

Step 2

Beat in the eggs, mixing well.

Step 3

Add the vanilla extract (1 teaspoon).

Step 4

Sift the flour with the baking powder and baking soda.

Step 5

Mix everything together, distribute into muffin cups, and bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (350°F) for 25–30 minutes.

For the cream, blend the pumpkin puree with the spices, powdered sugar, cream cheese, and vanilla extract.
