Description

  • Apple - 5 pieces
  • Butter - 1.8 oz
  • Cinnamon - to taste

Step by Step guide

Step 1

Roll out the puff pastry and place it in a baking dish. Sauté the apples in butter until they're soft, then add honey and cinnamon, mix well, and remove from heat.

Step 2

Lightly whip the sour cream with 2 eggs and mix it with the apples. Spread the apple and sour cream mixture over the rolled-out dough, folding the edges of the dough over. Brush with the remaining beaten egg and place in an oven preheated to 392°F for 30–40 minutes.
