Description

Dry yeast can be replaced with fresh compressed yeast: 20-25 grams.

Ingredients

  • Wheat Flour - 19.4 oz
  • Chocolate eggs - 2 pieces
  • Milk - 5 fl oz
  • Butter - 2.8 oz
  • Sugar - 4.6 oz
  • Dry yeast - 0.2 oz
  • Salt - a pinch
  • Vanilla salt - ½ teaspoon
  • Vegetable Oil - 0 fl oz

Step by Step guide

Step 1

Pour the milk into a saucepan, add the vanilla sugar, and heat without bringing it to a boil. After that, add the butter to the saucepan with the milk and wait for it to melt.

Step 2

Crack 1 whole egg into the bowl where you will whip the dough, and add only the white from the second egg (we will use the yolk to brush the buns before baking). Add all the sugar and whip.

Step 3

When the milk has cooled (do not add hot milk), pour it into the egg and sugar mixture, and gradually whip.

Step 4

Mix the dry yeast with the flour and gradually add it to the bowl. Knead the dough until it no longer sticks to your hands.

Step 5

Grease the bowl where the dough will rise with a small amount of vegetable oil to prevent sticking. Cover with plastic wrap or a towel and place in a warm place for 1-1.5 hours. It will increase 2-3 times.

Step 6

After the dough has risen, preheat the oven to 356°F without convection.

Step 7

Cut the dough into small strips, stretch them slightly, and roll them into buns like a snail.

Step 8

Once all the buns are rolled, place them on parchment paper and brush them with a small amount of egg yolk; they will become more golden.

Step 9

Optionally, you can sprinkle sugar on top.

Step 10

Send the buns to the preheated oven at 356°F for 10-12 minutes.
