- Milk - 3 fl oz
- Chicken Egg - 1 piece
- Butter - 1.4 oz
- Wheat Flour - 8.8 oz
- Dry yeast - 0.2 oz
- Cheese Spread - 5.3 oz
- Dried Chamomile - 1 teaspoon
- Pickled Eggplant with Peppers - 0.4 oz
- Salt - ½ teaspoon
- Whole egg - 1 piece
Step by Step guide
Step 1
For the dough, mix the flour and yeast, add warm milk, egg, softened butter, and salt. Knead the dough and place it in a warm place for 30 minutes, covered with a towel.
Step 2
When the dough has risen, knead in the grated cheese, herbs, and pepper.
Step 3
Shape the dough into buns and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Step 4
Dilute the egg yolk with 1 tablespoon of water.
Step 5
Brush the buns with the diluted yolk and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
Step 6
Bake on the middle rack at 356°F for about 20 minutes.
