Description
If a less sweet dough is needed, use less sugar. Butter can be replaced with margarine.

- Chicken Egg - 1 piece
- Whole egg - 2 pieces
- Sugar - 1 cup
- Salt - a pinch
- Vanilla salt - to taste
- Butter - 3.5 oz
- Milk - 17 fl oz
- Dry yeast - 1.8 oz
- Wheat Flour - 2 lbs
Step by Step guide

Melt the butter.

Mix the eggs and yolks with sugar, vanilla sugar, and salt.
Step 3
Pour in the slightly cooled butter and milk into the mixture, and stir.
Step 4
Add the yeast and flour (enough until the dough does not stick to your hands, but is not too stiff).
