  • Dry yeast - 0.9 oz

Step by Step guide

Step 1

Dissolve the yeast in warm milk, add the flour, and knead the mixture. Allow the dough to rise in a warm place.

Step 2

Then add the eggs, salt, sugar, and a tablespoon of cow's or vegetable oil, knead the dough, let it rise a second time, and without stirring it, use a spoon dipped in water to scoop the dough and place it onto a hot skillet with oil, frying the pancakes on both sides.
