Description
These are very simple pancakes that can be made without adding eggs and can easily be vegan. The key here is to achieve the right batter. The water should be very warm. Salt and sugar should be added to taste; the amounts given here are minimal. The pancakes will not be thin if the batter is thick, but you can make them thinner by simply adding more water and mixing thoroughly. They can be served with either savory or sweet fillings.
