Ingredients
- Egg white - 2 pieces
- Sugar - 3.9 oz
- Wheat Flour - 2.6 oz
- Milk - 1 fl oz
- Butter - 0.6 oz
- Honey - 1 teaspoon
- Yogurt powder - 17.6 oz
- Gelatin - 0.9 oz
- Powdered Sugar - 1.8 oz
- Meyer Lemon Juice - 2 tablespoons
- 10% cream - 7 fl oz
- Pistachios - 1 cup
- Fresh Berries - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Beat the eggs with sugar until fluffy and light, gradually add the sifted flour.
Step 2
Warm the milk, butter, and honey slightly, then add to the batter in parts.
Step 3
Line the bottom of a greased pan with parchment paper.
Step 4
Bake at 338°F for 20 minutes.
Step 5
Place in a springform pan lined with parchment.
Step 6
Soak the gelatin in 100 grams of yogurt for 15–20 minutes, then dissolve in the microwave.
Step 7
Combine with 300 grams of yogurt.
Step 8
Whip the chilled cream with powdered sugar until soft peaks form and fold into the yogurt, add lemon juice and pistachios.
Step 9
Chill for 15–20 minutes.
