- Bananas - 2 pieces
- Brazil Nuts - 1.8 oz
- Natural Yogurt - 17.6 oz
- Granulated sugar - 5.3 oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Preheat the grill in the oven. Place the nuts on foil and put them under the grill for 3 minutes until golden brown (keep a constant watch to prevent burning).
Step 2
Peel and slice the bananas into thin rounds, transfer to a large bowl. Add the yogurt and mix well. Divide into 4 dessert cups and sprinkle with sugar. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for 3 hours — during this time, the sugar will dissolve and turn into a sauce.
Step 3
Before serving, lightly chop the nuts and sprinkle on top.
