Description
Soak 10 g of gelatin; 375 g of yogurt, without sour cream; whip cream with yogurt; beat egg whites separately.

- Gelatin - 0.3 oz
- Vanilla Pod - 1 piece
- Sour Cream - 2.6 oz
- Natural Yogurt - 10.6 oz
- Raspberry gin - 4 tablespoons
- Meyer Lemon Juice - 4 tablespoons
- Powdered Sugar - 4.4 oz
- Egg white - 2 pieces
- Strawberry - 17.6 oz
- Cream - 5 fl oz
- Meringue - 3.5 oz
- Liquid dark chocolate - 3.5 oz
- Fresh Mint - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Soak the gelatin in cold water for 3 minutes.
Step 2
Slice the vanilla pod and extract the seeds.
Step 3
Whip the yogurt, sour cream, 75 g of powdered sugar, vanilla, and lemon juice.
Step 4
Squeeze the gelatin and dissolve it over low heat in the liqueur. Add to the yogurt mixture.
Step 5
Beat the egg whites and cream separately until stiff peaks form. Fold this mixture into the mousse. Refrigerate for 6 hours.
Step 6
Wash the strawberries. Puree half of them with 50 g of powdered sugar. Slice the remaining berries.
Step 7
Crumble the meringue. Break the chocolate into pieces.
Step 8
Spoon the mousse over the puree and sliced strawberries.
Step 9
Garnish with mint, chocolate, and meringue.
