Ingredients
- Natural Yogurt - 1 tablespoon
- Chicken Egg - 1 piece
- Wheat Flour - 4.2 oz
- Marinated cherries - 1.8 oz
- Dried Rosemary - 1 teaspoon
- Grated Pecorino Pepato Cheese - 2.1 oz
- Olive Oil - 3 tablespoons
- Fresh Rose Hips - 1 sprig
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Place the flour, salt, and finely chopped (or dried) rosemary in a bowl and mix thoroughly.
Step 2
Add the egg, yogurt, and olive oil to the bowl and blend well with a mixer.
Step 3
Combine the flour mixture and the egg mixture until a thick, homogeneous mass is formed, then add the grated Parmesan.
Step 4
Pour the mixture into molds, place the chopped cherry tomatoes inside, and cover with more mixture.
Step 5
Cover the molds with foil (if using a steamer) or leave uncovered (if using an oven), place in the steamer/oven, and bake for 35 minutes.
Step 6
Remove the finished molds to a plate, garnish with a sprig of rosemary, and serve with tea.
