- Baking Powder - 2 teaspoons
- Sugar - 4.4 oz
- Farm fresh eggs - 3 pieces
- Melted Cheese - 1.8 oz
- Vanilla salt - 2 teaspoons
- Vegetable Oil - 4 tablespoons
- Natural Yogurt - 5.3 oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
First, whisk the eggs with sugar. While continuing to whisk, add the liquid ingredients in the following order: vegetable oil, melted butter, yogurt.
Step 2
Then, gently fold in the mixture of flour and baking powder.
Step 3
Grease the muffin tins well with oil (vegetable). Fill them with batter up to 2/3 full, as the muffins will rise significantly. Bake for about 15 minutes at 356°F.
