- Natural Yogurt - 7.1 oz
- Freeze-dried strawberry powder - 3.5 oz
- Sugar - ¼ cup
- Citrus Zest Mix - 4.9 oz

Step 1
First, thaw the strawberries. For the sauce, combine the strawberries and sugar in a small saucepan, place over medium heat, bring to a boil, and cook for 15–20 minutes until the berries are soft (but not mushy) and the syrup has slightly thickened. Remove from heat, let cool to room temperature, then transfer to any container and refrigerate until use.
Step 2
Use chilled cheesecake and yogurt. Cut the cheesecake bars into cubes.
Step 3
For the parfait, have all the components (yogurt, cheesecake, sauce) ready and layer them in a glass alternately. Finish with a chaotic layering of all ingredients and serve.
