Description
The parfait is quick and easy to make, and most importantly — it tastes wonderful. You can use any fruit: apple, peach, orange, banana, or whatever you like! You can even use berries! It’s not critical! You can also make a mix like peach-apple or banana-strawberry, however you prefer! I once made it with watermelon. I usually use Activia yogurt at 1.5%, the regular kind in a jar, but you can use any, even fruit-flavored! However, I prefer the plain kind, as it makes the parfait more delicate.
Ingredients
- Muesli - 2 tablespoons
- Natural Yogurt - 7 fl oz
- Fruit preserve - 1 piece
Step by Step guide
Step 1
In the evening, take a glass, chop the fruit, berries, or whatever you like, but make sure they cover the bottom of the glass! You can cut them in your favorite way; I usually cut them into cubes. (For example, you can take half a banana)
Step 2
Take a pack of yogurt and pour it over the fruit, emptying the whole pack onto them.
Step 3
Cover the glass with something; I use a regular jar lid! You can also wrap it in a bag. Then place it in the refrigerator overnight!
Step 4
In the morning, wake up, take the glass out of the refrigerator, and sprinkle 2 tablespoons of muesli on top.
