Ingredients
- Mango - 1 piece
- Natural Yogurt - 10.6 oz
- Orange zest - 1 teaspoon
- Date honey - 3 tablespoons
- Unsalted peanuts, shelled - 1.1 oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Peel the ripe mango, remove the pits. Cut the mango into cubes. Place the cubes in a separate bowl. Add the lime zest and set aside.
Step 2
In a non-stick aluminum skillet, combine 3 tablespoons of honey and 1 tablespoon of water, place over medium heat and stir until the syrup comes to a boil. Then slightly reduce the heat, add the mango cubes to the syrup, and cook for about 10 minutes until the mango is soft. Remove from heat. Strain the syrup through a sieve into a separate bowl.
Step 3
Divide the cold yogurt into serving dishes. Stir in the chopped pistachios. Mix in the honey-mango syrup. Top with mango slices and serve immediately.
