Ingredients
- Natural Yogurt - 10.6 oz
- Ground Cinnamon - a pinch
- Apple - 1 piece
- Vanilla salt - to taste
- Walnuts - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Cut the apple in half and remove the core. Sprinkle the halves with cinnamon and vanilla sugar (optional), you can also add cardamom or other spices.
Step 2
Bake the apple in the microwave (usually, 1–2 minutes is enough for the apple to cook through), you can also bake it in the oven.
Step 3
Let it cool, scoop the flesh out of the skin, and cut it into small pieces. Mix with the yogurt.
Step 4
If the yogurt seems not sweet enough, you can sweeten it with honey or rosehip syrup.
Step 5
Top with walnuts for garnish.
