Yogurt with Fresh Blueberries and Lime

Ingredients

  • Fresh Berries - 2 cups
  • Dessert Yogurt - 3 cups
  • Grated Lemon Zest - 1½ teaspoons
  • Lime Juice - 3 tablespoons
  • Sugar - 2 tablespoons

Step by Step guide

Step 1

Place the yogurt in several layers of cheesecloth and hang over a bowl for 30 minutes to let it drain slightly.

Step 2

Meanwhile, in a saucepan, combine the blueberries, lime zest, lime juice, and sugar. Place over medium heat and cook, stirring, for 2–3 minutes until the berries start to burst. Transfer to a bowl and cool.

Step 3

Before serving, mix the yogurt with the berries and serve.
