Young Carrot and Yogurt Pie

Ingredients

  • Butter - 3.5 oz
  • Sugar - 7.1 oz
  • Farm fresh eggs - 3 pieces
  • Yogurt powder - 8 fl oz
  • Coarsely Ground Rye Flour - 4.2 oz
  • Baking Powder - 7.1 oz
  • Carrot - 14.1 oz
  • Sunflower Seeds - 4.4 oz
  • Light Raisins, Seedless - 8 fl oz

Step by Step guide

Step 1

Preheat the oven to 356°F. Grease 2 loaf pans with butter.

Step 2

Mix the softened butter and sugar, add the eggs one at a time and mix well.

Step 3

Beat the yogurt. Sift the flour and grate the carrots. Combine everything and add the raisins and seeds.

Step 4

Divide the batter between the 2 pans and bake for 40–50 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.

Step 5

Transfer the pies to a plate, let cool, and slice.
