Young Carrot and Yogurt Pie

- Butter - 3.5 oz
- Sugar - 7.1 oz
- Farm fresh eggs - 3 pieces
- Yogurt powder - 8 fl oz
- Coarsely Ground Rye Flour - 4.2 oz
- Baking Powder - 7.1 oz
- Carrot - 14.1 oz
- Sunflower Seeds - 4.4 oz
- Light Raisins, Seedless - 8 fl oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 356°F. Grease 2 loaf pans with butter.
Step 2
Mix the softened butter and sugar, add the eggs one at a time and mix well.
Step 3
Beat the yogurt. Sift the flour and grate the carrots. Combine everything and add the raisins and seeds.
Step 4
Divide the batter between the 2 pans and bake for 40–50 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
Step 5
Transfer the pies to a plate, let cool, and slice.
