- Uzo - 2 tablespoons
- Feta cheese - 1.8 oz
- Garlic - 1 clove
- Scallions - 2 pieces
- Herbs - 1.8 oz
- Chicken Egg - 1 piece
- Salt - to taste
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
- Coarsely Ground Rye Flour - to taste
- Cake crumbs - to taste
- Tzatziki sauce - to taste

Step by Step guide
Step 1
In a bowl, mix grated zucchini (lightly squeezed), crumbled feta, ouzo, minced garlic, chopped green onions, herbs, and egg. Season with salt and pepper.

Gradually add flour and breadcrumbs to the mixture, stirring well until the mixture can be shaped into balls.
