- Milk - ¾ cup
- Sugar - ¾ cup
- Farm fresh eggs - 2 pieces
- Vanilla extract - 1 teaspoon
- Vegetable Oil - 0.3 cups
- Young zucchini - 2 pieces
- Wheat Flour - 2 cups
- Baking Powder - 2 teaspoons
- Ground Cinnamon - 1 teaspoon
- Salt - ½ teaspoon
- Mini Chocolate Chips - 2.5 oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 356°F. Grease a loaf pan with oil.
Step 2
Grate the zucchinis using a large grater until you have about 2 cups.
Step 3
In a large bowl, mix together the milk, eggs, sugar, vegetable oil, and vanilla.
Step 4
In another bowl, combine the flour, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt.
Step 5
Combine the milk mixture, dry ingredients, and zucchinis. Mix well and fold in the chocolate chips.
Step 6
Pour the batter into the prepared pan and bake in the oven until done for 50–60 minutes. Cool in the pan for about 10 minutes and transfer to a plate.
