Ingredients
- Courgette - 2 pieces
- Garlic - 2 cloves
- Wheat Flour - ¼ glasses
- Chicken Egg - 2 pieces
- Dill - 2 spoons
- Ocean salt - to taste
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
- Sugar - ¾ spoons
- Olive Oil - to taste
- Sour Cream - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Grate the zucchini using a coarse grater and transfer it to a bowl. Add the minced garlic and mix well.
Step 2
Then add the lightly beaten eggs, sugar, flour, finely chopped dill, salt, and pepper to taste. Mix well (the batter may become runny after a while, so add a little more flour if needed).
Step 3
Heat a large skillet and add a little olive oil. Drop spoonfuls of the batter, about 1 tablespoon each, leaving small spaces between them. Fry for about 3 minutes on each side until golden brown. Serve with sour cream.
