Ingredients
- Courgette - 1 piece
- Garlic - 3 cloves
- Onion - 1 head
- Chicken Egg - 2 pieces
- Mild Chili Spice - to taste
- Italian chopped parsley - to taste
- Salt - to taste
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
- Turmeric - to taste
- Pumpkin - 3 spoons
- Sour Cream - 10 teaspoons
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Peel the garlic.
Step 2
Peel the onion.
Step 3
Grate the zucchini on a coarse grater and add a couple of eggs.
Step 4
Grate the onion finely and add it to the zucchini. Season with salt and ground chili pepper.
Step 5
Press the garlic through a garlic press into the other ingredients.
Step 6
Add Italian herbs.
Step 7
Mix the ingredients well.

Add the pumpkin flour and mix again.

Spoon the mixture onto a hot skillet with oil.

Flip it as soon as one side is golden brown.

Place sour cream in a bowl and season with black ground pepper.
