  • Romaine lettuce - to taste
  • Chocolate eggs - 2 pieces
  • Arugula - to taste
  • Fresh basil leaves - to taste
  • Salt - to taste
  • Wheat Flour - 1 tablespoon
  • Ground Black Pepper - to taste

Step by Step guide

Step 1

Grate 1 large zucchini (or more) on a medium grater.

Step 2

In a bowl with the grated zucchini, finely chop several large leaves of romaine lettuce, half a bunch of arugula, and 6-7 large leaves of green basil, all added to taste; the quantity of salad leaves or names can be substituted depending on preferences.

Step 3

Beat 2 eggs, pour them into the mixture, add 1 tablespoon of flour, salt, pepper, and seasoning to taste, and mix everything well.

Step 4

Fry in olive oil.
