- Courgette - 7.8 oz
- Wheat Flour - 0.7 oz
- Sour Cream - 1.8 oz
- Mayonnaise - 1.1 oz
- Chicken Egg - ½ pieces
- Vegetable Oil - 1 fl oz
- Salt - 0.1 oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Grate the zucchini using a coarse grater.
Step 2
Combine all the ingredients (except for the sour cream) and gently mix.
Step 3
Shape three thick pancakes by hand.
Step 4
Fry the pancakes in vegetable oil for 5–7 minutes on each side.
Step 5
Place the pancakes in an oven preheated to 180–392°F for 5 minutes.
Step 6
Serve with sour cream.
