Description

Ingredients
- Courgette - 4 pieces
- Onion - 1 head
- Garlic - 1 clove
- Mild Chili Spice - 1 piece
- Olive Oil - 1 tablespoon
- Chicken Egg - 2 pieces
- Wheat Flour - 0.2 oz
- Salt - to taste
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
- Dill - 1 bunch
- Vegetable Oil - 1 fl oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Peel the zucchini, scoop out the core, and grate it on a coarse grater. Sprinkle with salt, mix, place in a colander, and let it sit for about 15 minutes, occasionally mixing and squeezing to remove as much moisture as possible.
Step 2
Finely chop the onion, pepper, garlic, and dill.
Step 3
In a large bowl, mix all the listed ingredients.
Step 4
Heat vegetable oil well in a frying pan. For each fritter, use 1 tablespoon. Place three to four fritters in the pan and fry first on one side, then carefully flip and fry on the other side.
