  • Kefir - 10 fl oz
  • Chicken Eggs - 2 pieces
  • Wheat Flour - 10.6 oz
  • Salt - 1 teaspoon
  • Baking Soda - ½ teaspoon
  • Sunflower Oil - 1 tablespoon
  • Herbs - 1 bunch

Step by Step guide

Step 1

Grate the zucchini on a fine grater and squeeze out the juice.

Step 2

Add beaten eggs, salt, kefir, chopped herbs, and mix everything together.

Step 3

Gradually add the flour and knead a not too thick batter.

Step 4

Add sunflower oil and baking soda, mix. Let the batter rest for 20 minutes.

Step 5

Form a pancake and fry on both sides until golden brown in a well-heated skillet.

Step 6

Spread the finished pancake with butter or sour cream.
